General Terms and Conditions

DEFINITION OF THE PARTIES
Between Christelle Donaldson, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”,

and

The person purchasing products or services from the Seller, hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”, or “the Customer”.

PREAMBLE
The Seller is the publisher of Products and Services marketed through its website (https://www.bewellwithchristelle.com) and the Systeme platform (https://www.systeme.io). The list of Products and Services offered by the seller can be viewed on the aforementioned site.

OBJECT
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of Products and Services offered by the Seller.

These General Conditions of Sale concern the sale of Products (workshops or online training) and Services (individual coaching support, web design, branding).

GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of Products or Services made through the Seller’s website and are an integral part of the contract between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller reserves the right to modify these T & Cs at any time, by publishing a new version on its website. The GTC then applicable are those in force on the date of payment (or the first payment in the event of multiple payments) for the order. These T & Cs can be viewed on the Individual Reason’s website.

The Seller also ensures that their acceptance is clear and unreserved at the time of purchase. The Customer declares to have read all of these general conditions of sale, and, where applicable, of the special conditions of sale related to a Product or a Service, and to accept them without restriction or reservation.

The Customer acknowledges that he has received the advice and information necessary to ensure that the offer meets his needs. The Customer declares to be able to represent the natural or legal person for whom he is committed. Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded by the Seller constitutes proof of all transactions.

PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
GENERAL PROVISIONS

The essential characteristics of the Products and Services are visible on the Website.

The sale of Products and Services is done at the time of conclusion of the contract, by secure payment platform (PayPal or Stripe). Payment is not made directly on the site www.bewellwithchristelle.com. In the case of individual coaching support, the Client can choose to pay by bank transfer.

Visual Identity:
The Seller will provide the following service: design and creation of a logo, colorscheme and font pairing matching the client’s requirements.

Web design
The Seller will provide the following service: design and creation of a personalised WordPress site hosted on the Client’s server, based on the requirements of the Client. Are not included in the services the following activities: purchase and setup of domain name and hosting.
The Client

Intellectual Property 
The Client will own the website and any visuals provided by the Web Designer. The Web Designer will turn over all necessary files.

The Client guarantees that they have legal rights to all elements of text, photographs, and anything else that they provide the Web Designer with, and will not hold the Web Designer responsible for any third-party claims. 

The Seller will guarantee that they have legal rights to all elements related to the services they are providing and will not hold the client responsible for any third-party claims.

Workshops and online training
The duration of the workshops and online training as well as their prices are communicated on the Website.

The Client agrees to meet all the dates set for the Live Online Workshops. The online sale of the online workshops and training presented on the site is not restricted to a specific geographic area.

Personalised coaching (individual or in group)
The period of validity of individual and group support as well as their prices are communicated orally during the first telephone interview offered (“discovery session”).

In all cases, the terms of individual support are communicated orally during the discovery session, then in writing when signing the coaching contract.

In the case of individual support and personalised coaching group, the Customer undertakes to keep the dates fixed during the appointments and to warn the Seller in advance if he had an unforeseen event, 24 hours before the event.

The online sale of the services presented on the site is not restricted to a specific geographic area.
